Limited In-Church Services to Resume May 9

We are very excited to announce plans to resume Worship Services at the First Congregational Church building on Sunday, May 9. Participation will be limited to 35 people due to the need for safeguards against spreading the coronavirus.  Attendees will need to wear masks and practice social distancing with others not in the same household or family. The choir will remain on hiatus, but the worship will include special music.  With masks and distancing, the congregation will be able to softly sing the hymns.

Reservations are required, so contact the church office at 883-2342 before noon on Friday to reserve at the service.  Regretfully, we will not be able to honor reservation requests that are received after Friday at noon.  Please be prepared to provide contact tracing information for your party when you call.

Parking Lot Fund

Thank you to all that supported our Parking Lot repavement fund.  We have made the decision to suspend further campaigning due to the pandemic and other circumstances, and have used the $16,000 funds raised-to-date to re-pave the most deteriorated section of the lot and re-stripe the lot.

We expect to resume the campaign at a future date to secure funds to address the remainder of the parking lot.  We greatly appreciate all those who made contributions to this fund raiser, and we are grateful that the most critical need has been addressed before the next freeze-thaw season.
