The First Congregational Church of Scarborough has a very dedicated and supportive Women’s Fellowship that has been organized for over 75 years.

The purpose of the Women’s Fellowship of the First Congregational Church of Scarborough is to enjoy good times in fellowship, to grow in faith and understanding, to meet some of the needs of the church, and to respond to some community and world-wide needs. 

The meetings are the 4th Tuesday of each month (September through May) at 2:00 p.m. in the Ladies Parlor of the Parish House.  Dates, Times and Location may change according to the program for the month or holidays.  Please check the Calendar under the Outreach tab for updated information.

All women of the church are welcome and invited to join us.

The following is just a small sampling of the many activities this group performs:

• Organizes the annual Yuletide Fair
• Distributes Birthday, Get Well and Sympathy cards for church members
• Offers catering for funeral receptions at the church
• Sponsors presentations from local service agencies
• Provides donations to the Food Pantry, including fresh vegetables in the summer
• Makes contributions to community organizations
• Helps fund church improvements
